Students in this class will increase tumbling skill development through use of 40-foot trampoline strip, Gymnastics Olympic tumbling floor, foam block pit, special equipment designed for learning flip-flops and flips, such as The Boulder, barrels etc..
For our beginning students:
The main goal of our coaches is to teach the key elements of tumbling (cartwheel, round-off, flip-flop, etc.) as well as all the jumps (picked jumps, toe-touches, etc.) needed to do well in High school squads or tryouts and assure a steady progress in the future. Another goal of the class is to improve our students’ flexibility, strength and endurance.
For our more advanced students:
Our highly trained and experienced coaches would make sure to bring your tumbling to the next level regardless of what that might be – like round-off, flip-flop, beck tuck; layout; full; even double full twist as well as standing back twisting.
